Ingredients
Tortillas
Hung yogurt-1 cup
oil-1 Tsp
Medium onion-2 cut in roundels
Fresh coriander leaves chopped-2 Tbsp
Fresh mint leaves chopped-2 Tbsp
Crushed Black peppercorn-6-7
Lemon juice-1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Cucumbers sliced-2 medium
Tomatoes sliced-2 medium
Green olives sliced-6-8
Jalapeno chopped-1
Method
Heat oil in a pan roast onion roundels till lightly browned. Sprinkle salt over them.
In a bowl mix the yoghurt with coriander and mint leaves with salt,lemon juice,crushed black peppercorn and mix well.
In a flat pan heat the tortillas. remove and spread spoonful of yoghurt mixture with some roast onion ,sliced cucumber,tomato,1 sliced olive and little Jalapeno.
Roll and serve as it is or can be served ketchup
Tip:Tortilla wrap adds to flavour but we can use any wraps (wheat and white small wraps)
