•  Self-raising flour( sifted)-175 gms
•  Chocolate Chips-50 gms
•  Condense Milk- 85 gms
•  Unsalted Butter(softened)-110 gms
•  Caster Sugar-110 gms

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for fan ovens), Gas Mark 4.

In a bowl mix sugar,condense milk,butter and beat until light and fluffy

Now add the sifted flour and mix well.Stir in the chocolate chips

Now roll the dough in  a very small ball and place them on a pre-lined baking tray with baking parchment.

Space the mixture evenly(remember when its baked they flatten out a little bit)

Now bake for 11-15 min until outer crust is little brown.Enjoy!!

Tip: You can also try baking it  in a shallow cup cake tray it will also give the desired shape .
